Visual Notes to 'Legends - Master Teachers of Dance' Teacher Training Video Larry Long created this video tape of his ballet class to show the kinds of steps he would use with this music. Each exercise is first demonstrated and then performed by seven advanced dancers in this one-hour intermediate ballet class. This ballet training video is an example of the types of steps and music used in a ballet class at the Ruth Page Foundation School and the Civic Performing Group. The single compact disc contains twenty-two repeated solo piano melodies for a complete ballet class. The one-hour video uses all of the selections on the compact disc and presents the steps in a “Do Along” format.
